Qualifications

• Significant experience caring for children with Type 1 & 2 Diabetes.
• Evidence of collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in managing a caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert nursing service for diabetes patients.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Lead development of clinical nursing practice in line with guidelines.
