Job summary

PST Group is recruiting a Full-time Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) to support a young client in Preston with complex health needs. You will work alongside a nurse, delivering safe, compassionate, person-centred care on regular weekday shifts from 7:00am to 4:00pm.

The role requires at least 12 months of UK care experience, with hands-on experience in tracheostomy care and ventilator support; paediatric complex care experience is highly desirable. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months' UK care experience.
• Experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator support.
• Paediatric complex care experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a nurse to provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
• Help maintain the client's comfort, dignity and wellbeing.
• Follow individual care plans and liaise with the healthcare team.
