Qualifications

  • Be a qualified teacher (QTS or QTLS) with experience teaching PE in secondary schools.
  • Confidently plan and deliver lessons across multiple sports and activities.
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
  • Be proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic about promoting physical education.
  • Hold a valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.

Rate of Pay: 150 - 230+ per day (dependant on experience)

We are looking for a motivated PE Teacher to join a busy secondary school in Manchester from January to April 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a PE Teacher who wants to deliver engaging lessons, inspire students, and make a real impact in a supportive school environment.

As a PE Teacher, you will plan and deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop their physical skills, confidence, and teamwork. You will also support extracurricular activities and help maintain excellent behaviour and engagement.

The ideal PE Teacher will:
  • Be a qualified teacher (QTS or QTLS) with experience teaching PE in secondary schools
  • Confidently plan and deliver lessons across multiple sports and activities
