Job summary

GSL Education is seeking a passionate Girls' PE Teacher to join a secondary school in Brigg on a part-time basis. You will plan and deliver engaging PE lessons for girls, developing their physical skills, teamwork and confidence.

The ideal candidate has QTS and experience teaching PE in a secondary setting, with strong classroom management, communication and organisational skills. DBS Update Service preferred or willingness to apply.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching status.
• Experience teaching PE in a secondary school.
• Strong PE knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Ability to motivate and engage female students.

GSL Education is looking for a Girls' PE Teacher to join a secondary school in Brigg, supporting students to develop their physical skills, teamwork and confidence through high-quality PE lessons.

This part-time opportunity would suit a qualified PE Teacher looking for a flexible role within a supportive secondary school environment. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about promoting participation in sport and creating an inclusive environment where girls feel encouraged to take part and develop their abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons for girls across secondary year groups.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.


• Experience teaching PE within a secondary school setting.


• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for physical education and sport.


• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.


• The ability to motivate and engage female students of different abilities.


• Strong communication and organisational skills.


• A positive and encouraging approach to supporting students.


• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
