Overview

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a passionate and proactive PE Graduate Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools in the Kettering area. Location: Kettering. Start Date: January. Contract Type: Full-time, long-term (potential for permanent placement).

About the Role

As a PE Graduate Teacher, you will assist with delivering high-energy practical and theory PE lessons, support extra-curricular activities, and work alongside experienced staff to encourage students' physical development and wellbeing. This role is ideal for graduates considering a future in teaching or sports coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Assist with planning, setting up, and supervising practical activities
• Lead and support small groups and individual students
• Contribute to school sports clubs, teams, and enrichment activities
• Encourage positive attitudes toward health, fitness, and teamwork
• Help maintain a safe, supportive, and active learning environment

What We\'re Looking For

• A degree in PE, Sports Science, or a related subject
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
