Qualified PE and Science Teacher – ASAP start. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher with a passion for both Physical Education and Science to join a thriving secondary school in Ealing.

Position: Qualified PE and Science Teacher, full-time maternity cover

Location: Ealing

Contract: Full-time, maternity cover

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver effective, differentiated lessons across KS3 and KS4 in PE and Science.
  • Promote active participation and teamwork in practical PE lessons.
  • Foster curiosity and confidence through engaging Science experiments and investigations.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support achievement.
  • Contribute to extracurricular clubs, sports teams, and enrichment activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Holds a teaching qualification and a relevant degree in Science or Physical Education.
  • Has experience teaching PE and Science within a secondary school setting.
  • Demonstrates good classroom management and a creative approach to lesson planning.
  • Is passionate about promoting student wellbeing, resilience and academic success.
