Job summary

BCA Group in the UK is seeking a skilled vehicle refurbishment technician to rectify vehicles using SMART repair techniques at the start of the repair process to agreed conditions.

You should hold a full UK driving licence with experience in a similar role, a keen eye for detail, and be a team player who can work under pressure. The package includes a competitive salary, car allowance, pension, cycle-to-work scheme and access to mental health support.

Qualifications

• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of vehicle refurbishment/repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Rectify vehicles in line with company approved methods with SMART repair techniques at the beginning of the vehicle repair process to agreed conditions.
• Remove dents from the vehicle using the correct specialist tools and methods.
• Ascertain and ensure that job requirements from job cards and estimates have met the customer service level agreements.
