Job summary

PlantLink Recruitment Ltd in Maidstone is seeking a PDI Plant Fitter to service and maintain construction plant machinery on a full-time basis. The role focuses on planned maintenance, inspections and accurate reporting.

You will work 40 hours per week with overtime at 1.5x and opportunities to upskill within an expanding engineering team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience servicing construction plant or heavy machinery.
• Strong mechanical background and willingness to develop.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work safely and independently.

PDI Plant Fitter

£38,000-£42,000 basic salary (40 Hours)

Permanent, full-time

overtime at 1.5x (after 40 Hours)

Due to securing a significant amount of new work an established construction plant business is expanding its engineering team.

You will initially focus on planned maintenance and servicing, making this an excellent opportunity for a Plant Fitter who wants to strengthen their skills and develop.

The Role
