Job summary

Blackpool Transport Services Limited is recruiting a PCV Driver to join our Bus Operations team at Rigby Road Depot. This permanent, full-time role offers stability and the opportunity to drive a modern fleet in a busy urban network.

You will hold a PCV licence and CPC card, meet the right-to-work requirements, and maintain a clean driving record. We value safe, courteous service and pride ourselves on community-focused public transport across the Fylde coast.

Qualifications

• PCV Licence and CPC card valid until 2028.
• Proof of right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle checks are completed in line with company procedures.
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort during boarding, travel and alighting.
• Control boarding, alighting and conduct of customers.
• Provide a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Be polite and helpful to customers and show patience when required.
• Drive company vehicles safely, legally and professionally.
• Maintain schedules without compromising safety and take over on time.
• Complete and submit required report forms.
