Overview

Full job description. We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and hardworking individual to join our team at our head office in Stocklake, Aylesbury, Bucks.

As one of our PCV Coach Drivers, you will be responsible for the smooth running of your driving duties, which will vary and will include:

• School Contracts
• Private Hires
• Day Trips
• Feeder Services
• Touring Holidays & Short Breaks in both the UK and Europe

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and proactively managing a variety of relationships with our passengers and your fellow drivers. You will report directly to our Senior Operations Manager and our General Manager, and you will work closely with the rest of the Operations Team and our team of Drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing safe and reliable coach transport for our passengers
• Fulfilling the required duties assigned to each particular driving role
• Assisting passengers when needed while onboard our coaches
• Provide excellent customer service and ensuring you maintain our high level of customer satisfaction
• Answering passenger queries and keeping them informed at all times

Must Haves

• A full PCV license and current CPC card
• Living within 20 miles of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
• The skills required to fulfil all the driving duties outlined above
• Previous experience in a similar role
• A friendly, approachable manner
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with a variety of people
• Great organisational skills and the ability to analyse information to solve general queries
• An understanding of coaches and coach travel

Nice to Have

• Knowledge and understanding of travel within the UK and Europe
• Previous experience in driving tri-axle coaches
• A valid passport to be able to do European tour work
• Experience of tour driving in Europe

Hours & Salary

Full Time & Part Time Roles Available

Up to £16.00 per hour weekdays (with driver bonus)
