Arriva The Shires Limited is hiring PCV Bus Drivers for the Milton Keynes depot. You will transport passengers in a community-focused role, building relationships and ensuring on-time arrivals across rotating shifts.

The position offers overtime at premium rates, CPC training, and clear opportunities for development into management or specialist driver roles. Applicants should be over 18, hold a PCV licence with limited points, and be capable of passing drug and alcohol tests.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Hold your PCV licence (or apply to Trainee role for training).
• No more than 6 points on licence; pass drug and alcohol test.
• Great people and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive bus routes safely and on schedule.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
• Assist with boarding and alighting as required.
• Keep vehicle clean and report any faults promptly.
