Job summary

IntSol Recruitment is seeking experienced PCV Bus Drivers for ongoing, full-time work with an established bus operator in Essex. This role guarantees 50 hours per week and offers enhanced weekend rates with PAYE pay of £16.00–£18.00 per hour, or £17.93–£20.17 including holiday pay.

Immediate starts available for reliable drivers. You will safely transport passengers along scheduled routes, perform pre-shift safety checks, and provide a professional, friendly service in a high-demand,

Qualifications

• Valid UK PCV Category D driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous bus driving experience.
• Good knowledge of road safety and passenger transport requirements.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate PCV buses along designated routes.
• Follow scheduled routes and timetables.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks before starting your shift.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to passengers.
• Follow all road traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Report any vehicle defects, incidents or safety concerns.
• Maintain a high standard of professional driving at all times.
