Job summary

Arriva Derby is seeking PCV Bus Drivers to serve the local community from our Derby depot. You will transport passengers safely and courteously, and contribute to the day-to-day operation by adhering to schedules and routes.

The role requires a valid PCV licence and the ability to work a variety of shifts. We offer competitive pay, with overtime opportunities and staff perks, plus CPC training and family bus travel benefits.

Qualifications

• MUST have a valid PCV Licence – This is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Excellent people and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts

• Follow routes and schedules accurately
• Perform basic vehicle safety checks as required

Hours of Work

• 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns
• Planned shifts up to 6-8 weeks in advance
• Mornings: Starting from 04:00
• Afternoons: Starting from 12:00
• Evenings: Starting from 18:00
• Overtime opportunities available on request
