At Lincolnshire Co-op, our pharmacies are much more than places where prescriptions are dispensed. They are trusted healthcare destinations where patients come for advice, support and expert clinical care. This is a role where you'll grow your clinical confidence, develop your experience and contribute meaningfully to local healthcare delivery.
Every patient interaction is an opportunity to learn, support and make a difference. No two days are ever quite the same.
One day you might be carrying out structured medication reviews for patients managing long‑term conditions, while the next you're responding to prescribing queries, supporting audits or working alongside colleagues to improve medicines use across the practice population.
Whatever the challenge, you'll apply your clinical knowledge, professional judgement and patient‑focused approach to ensure safe, effective and personalised care.
You'll build strong working relationships across your network, collaborating with GP practices, community pharmacy teams and other healthcare professionals to help patients achieve the best outcomes from their medicines.
Behind every prescription is a person who needs the right support.
Your work will combine patient‑facing care, medicines optimisation and professional collaboration. As a PCN Pharmacist, you'll:
