The PCN Paramedic works as an autonomous practitioner within the multidisciplinary team to provide same day and planned care for patients in the practice and community., This role is a key part of our on-the-day appointment duty team. The role focuses on assessment, diagnosis and management of patients with undifferentiated presentations, delivery of home visiting services and support for care homes, while contributing to service development and quality improvement. Valid UK driving license is essential.
