A healthcare organization in Milton Keynes seeks a dedicated Nursing Associate to deliver high-quality patient-centered care across multiple GP practices. The Nursing Associate will work as part of the Primary Care Network multidisciplinary team, supporting the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centred care across five GP practices. The role bridges the gap between Health Care Assistants and Registered Nurses, contributing to clinical care, health promotion, long‑term condition management, and prevention in line with PCN and ARRS objectives.
The post holder will work flexibly across practices to support workforce resilience, continuity of care, and improved patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Nexus MK PCN offices are based in Linford Wood Milton Keynes and cover five practices which include Oakridge Park Medical Centre, Wolverton Health Centre, The Stonedean Practice, Sovereign Health Centre and Purbeck Medical Centre.
