Job summary

Simmtronic in Hoddesdon is seeking a specialist to join the production team for PCB testing. You will find, log and repair PCBs and fault-find to component level, supporting final assembly and test lines.

You will work with a cross-functional team of electronic engineers, assembly technicians and managers on a growing, multi-million-pound business with a family feel and clear progression. A relevant qualification is preferred and a competitive salary with bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• PCB fault-finding and testing experience down to component level.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
• HNC/HND or degree in a relevant field.

Based out of a recently developed HQ in Hoddesdon, Simmtronic are a multi-million-pound business provide hi-end systems for commercial buildings, with a wide range of clients. A growing business with a genuine family feel, this is an exciting time for them, with demand for their products continuing to grow.

Working amongst a wider production team, you will be responsible for finding, logging and repairing PCB’s, fault finding to component level. Working on final assembly and test lines, you will also assist with wider production needs, alongside a cross-functional team of electronic engineers, assembly technicians and managers.
