Job summary

Qualifications

• Reading engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Ability to use inspection equipment (microscopes, calipers) accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and microscopic inspections of PCBs.
• Inspect against drawings, IPC standards, and quality procedures.
• Document defects and NCRs; prepare inspection reports.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and QA teams.
• Maintain calibration records and participate in audits.
