Job summary

Proactive Technical Recruitment is recruiting for a PCB Inspector based near Basingstoke. The role involves inspecting a range of PCBs to quality standards, performing rework and loom making, and following production packs and wiring diagrams.

Experience in electronics manufacturing and IPC 610/620 exposure are advantageous. Candidates should have good soldering skills and be prepared for occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing

• Familiarity with wiring diagrams and schematics
• Good soldering skills and IPC 610/620 exposure preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspect PCBs to ensure quality and conformance to specifications
• Perform basic rework and loom making tasks as required
• Follow production packs and read wiring diagrams/schematics
• Demonstrate good soldering technique and document findings
• Overtime may be available on occasion

PCB Inspector urgently required for a leading electronic manufacturing company based near Basingstoke. The company produce electronic equipment and printed circuit board assemblies for industry sectors including aerospace, defence, medical, transport, automotive, education and industrial sectors.

We are looking for candidates who are experienced within the electronics industry, who can inspect a wide range of PCB's utilising basic tools and work instructions.

Electronic/PCB Assembler may carry out tasks such as.

• PCB inspection
• Rework
• loom making
• good soldering skills (ideally previous exp of IPC 610/620 or similar)
• ability to work from production packs, understand wiring diagrams & schematics
• good soldering skills
• Some, occasional overtime available
