Overview

PCB CAD Designer – CONTRACT – AD-HOC/PART-TIME – ROMSEY

We’re looking for an experienced PCB CAD Designer (5+ years) skilled in Altium to take ownership of schematic capture, component libraries, routing, and manufacturing preparation for RF and high-speed digital boards.

Responsibilities

• Own schematic capture, component libraries, routing, and manufacturing preparation for RF and high-speed digital boards

Qualifications

• Expertise in mixed-technology PCB design (SMT, PTH, multilayer, blind vias)
• Strong understanding of design for manufacture/test, materials selection, and high-speed trace integrity
• Deep knowledge of IPC-A-600/6012/610 and IPC-2221 standards (Class 3)

This contract would suit a consultant that is looking for ad-hoc work and not a full-time contract.

Due to the nature of the work, on-site working is required and you must be eligible for Security Clearance.
