The Personal Care European Business Unit (PC6) is a strategic priority for Unilever, having a transformational role in delivering top and bottom-line growth. PC6 is responsible for UK&I, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands ( & Belgium) and Poland, covering the DEOs, Skin Cleansing and Oral Care categories.
This exciting new role will lead our PC6 CTI/Claims & Customer Development R&D programmes for DEOs, Skin Cleansing and Oral Care, identifying new consumer insights, crafting SUPERIOR claims and Customer engagement strategies.
The role will lead the CTI/Claims functional excellence strategy, consolidating best practices and pioneering new consumer insights and claims approaches. It will shape and deliver our Maximising Product Impact (MPI) capability programme, to co‑create assets for Customers (inc. trade stories), Influencers, Professionals and Academics.
The role requires the ability to think strategically, to connect business strategy and consumer insights, and turn these into SUPERIOR products to deliver with excellence into the PC6 markets. This will involve partnering closely with the Global and PC6 Category CTI/Claims teams, as well as with Marketing and Customer Development leadership teams. The primary focus of this role will be on driving strategic initiatives, enhancing capabilities and achieving functional excellence, and less so on day-to-day support for category innovation projects.
