Qualifications

• Experience working with post-16 SEND learners in an educational setting.
• Recognised qualification or training in PBS or behaviour support.
• Capacity to work independently and reliably on-site in Birmingham.

Responsibilities

• Complete PBS-informed assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans.
• Coach staff through observation and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records while following confidentiality protocols.
