Job summary

Priory Hospital Mill Garth and Priory Hospital Market Weighton are recruiting a PBS Practitioner to support male adults with mental health needs. The role is full-time, based at Mill Garth in Leeds with travel to Market Weighton as required.

You will lead Functional Behaviour Assessments, develop PBS plans, and provide staff training while working within a compassionate multidisciplinary team dedicated to rehabilitation and recovery.

Qualifications

• Formal PBS qualification or related field (e.g., BSc/ MSc).
• Degree-level or higher qualification in psychology or related field.
• Experience with co-occurring mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments.
• Develop and implement PBS plans.
• Provide staff training on PBS and related therapies.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams and families.
