Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead a team of subject matter experts through the end-to-end payroll digitalisation and technology transformation programme. You will collaborate with stakeholders to secure ownership of outcomes and deliver benefits on time and within budget.

You will manage governance, risk, and dependencies, create planning artefacts, provide status reports, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learnt and post-implementation reviews.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and governance artefacts.
• Provide status reporting to governance forums and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests across the release.
• Lead lessons learnt sessions and post-implementation reviews with core teams.
