Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Team Leader or Supervisor to join them on an interim basis in the Bristol area. This role will support the delivery of a large, high-volume payroll spanning multiple sites, so experience managing payroll across multi‑location environments is essential.

Key responsibilities of the Payroll Team Leader

• Manage the end‑to‑end payroll process.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery for multiple sites.
• Work closely with a range of stakeholders and act as a primary contact.
• Lead a small payroll team.

The ideal Payroll Team Leader will be:

• A qualified payroll professional.
• Experienced in high‑volume payroll environments across multiple countries.
• Strong technical payroll knowledge.
