Job summary

A leading global bank in Manchester is seeking a Payroll & T&A Transformation Business Analyst for a 12-month contract. This role requires expertise in payroll processes and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities include analyzing processes for automation, managing training delivery, and leading user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management and previous experience in payroll projects. Competitive daily rate of £546.95 offered, with minimal office presence required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working on Payroll and/or Time & Attendance projects.
  • Experience in a Business Analyst role across multi-discipline programs.
  • Strong interactions with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project manager to deliver project activities.
  • Analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Manage training for new processes and systems.
