Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for processing EMEA payroll and administering payrolls through 3rd party vendors. Operating across 17 countries with a collective payroll around 1400 and through ADP. Ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely delivery. You will be at the helm of continuous improvement and innovation projects contributing towards our operational excellence goals.

The Successful Applicant
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and laws (e.g., tax laws, social security, P11D and garnishments) in European Countries, i.e. UK, Germany, France, Spain
  • Experience working in an integrated HRIS and payroll system environment, ensuring accurate data flow and reconciliation between platforms
  • Experience developing and maintaining detailed payroll process documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and consistency in execution.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll practices policies and ensure that all policies are current
  • Familiarity with payroll software systems (eg ADP iHCM/Celergo), absence management systems (eg eDays, ADP Workforce Manager), HR systems (eg Oracle iCloud HCM) and ability to generate and interpret various payroll reports
  • Knowledge of HR processes and data including Benefits and Compensation
  • Remain current and up to date with UK and EMEA payroll legislation and statutory requirements
