A leading logistics company based in South Killingholme is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their fast-paced Payroll Team. You will manage various payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation. The ideal candidate will have a CIPP or equivalent certification and excel in a collaborative environment. Working Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, you will be an integral part of a fast‑paced Payroll Team, using your strong knowledge and previous payroll experience to manage a variety of payroll functions.

You’ll be CIPP qualified or hold an equivalent payroll certification, with a strong background in end-to-end payroll processing. Highly focused and detail-oriented, you thrive in fast-paced environments where accuracy and efficiency are essential. As a dedicated team player, you bring a proactive approach and a willingness to support colleagues to meet tight deadlines. Your excellent communication skills enable you to clearly explain complex payroll matters and liaise effectively across departments. With a solid understanding of payroll legislation and procedures, you’re committed to maintaining compliance and always delivering a high standard of service. Your proficiency in Excel and familiarity with payroll systems, including Time and Attendance software, will be vital in maintaining smooth payroll operations and compliance with all statutory requirements.
