Experience
- Experience of working with payroll software
- Experience of working within a fast‑paced payroll or Finance team would be advantageous

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly payrolls, liaising with Cloudpay and local payroll providers.
- Maintain payroll records ensuring they match those held on HiBob HCM.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation and maritime employment standards.
- Liaise with HR and Finance to ensure accurate data flow.
- Assist in the preparation and upload of pension files and generate pension payments.
- Assist with year‑end reporting.
- Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Help prepare payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
