Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and review of monthly payrolls.
  • Maintain payroll records to match those held on HiBob HCM.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation.
  • Liaise with HR and Finance for accurate data flow.
  • Assist in preparation and upload of pension files.
  • Respond to employee payroll queries.
  • Help prepare payroll reports for stakeholders.
  • Help prepare payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.

  • Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation and maritime employment standards.
  • Liaise with HR and Finance to ensure accurate data flow.
  • Assist in the preparation and upload of pension files and generate pension payments.
  • Assist with year‑end reporting.
  • Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help prepare payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
