About the Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the payroll processes for a portfolio of clients across different sectors. You'll ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery while providing a high standard of service and support to your clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing end-to-end payroll for multiple clients
  • Ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation and client-specific requirements
  • Handling queries and providing expert advice to clients and their employees
  • Managing pension contributions, statutory payments, and RTI submissions
  • Preparing reports and supporting payroll audits as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a payroll role with exposure to multiple client or multi-site payrolls
  • Strong understanding of current UK payroll legislation

  • Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
