Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processes for EMEA assignments, coordinating with an outsourcing provider and ensuring month-end procedures.

The role requires handling complex payroll queries, HRIS data input, and statutory reporting while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience within an EMEA payroll environment.
• Experienced customer service skills.
• Experience of working with multiple policies and bargaining agreements across Europe.
• Microsoft Office excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support internal & external audits across EMEA.
• Responsible for end-to-end payroll process of assigned EMEA payrolls in coordination with outsourcing provider.
• Responsible for delivering payroll/accounting month end procedures.
• Work with the business to answer complex payroll queries.
• Support HR function to resolve payroll related issues.
• Timely and accurate input of required information from the HRIS system and email instructions.
• Ensuring completion of appropriate statutory returns and other statutory reporting information.
• Dealing with all payroll related queries directly and confidently.
• Maintaining information in accordance with legal and company requirements of retention and confidentiality.
• Maintaining an up to date working knowledge of company and legislative requirements in area of responsibility and advising colleagues on the impact of any changes or improvements put forward or required
