Qualifications

  • Experience in payroll processing and record-keeping.
  • Confident in using Excel and generally great with systems.
  • Able to work independently once trained.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain payroll records and manage statutory payments
  • Handle part-month calculations, holiday pay, P45s, and more
  • Liaise with clients, answering queries and clarifying calculations
  • Manage client pension schemes with various providers
  • Use Sage, STAR and Xero

Location & Working Pattern

Brighton-based (city centre). The team generally works in the office to collaborate effectively, with scope for up to two days a week working from home. Full‑time is 37.5 hours (Mon‑Fri, 9:30), but alternative patterns from 30 hours+ can be considered.
