A UK educational institution is looking for a Payroll, Pensions and Workforce Data Adviser to ensure smooth payroll and pension operations, maintain workforce data, and enhance HR processes. The ideal candidate has experience in payroll administration, strong IT skills, and a positive, collaborative attitude. This role offers hybrid working arrangements and requires a commitment to safeguarding children’s welfare.
Position: Payroll, Pensions and Workforce Data Adviser
Location: St Brendan’s Sixth Form College / 1 day a week hybrid
Salary: £32,199 - £35,395 per annum, pro rata

This is an exciting new opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our payroll, pensions, and workforce data runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll provide accurate and timely payroll support, liaise with external partners, and contribute to data reporting that supports strategic decision-making.
This position is offered at three days per week, term time only plus two weeks, offering a great work-life balance and the chance to contribute meaningfully to a growing and dynamic college environment.
