• Conduct payroll reconciliations.
• Produce payroll-related journals.
• Perform payroll auditing.
• Manage benefits schemes across UK & EMEA.
• Manage a small team and facilitate training.

Overview

A global professional services company is hiring an International Payroll Manager to join on a permanent basis. This is a high-profile role within the company and will report directly to senior management. The role will manage a small team and be responsible for the accurate delivery of UK & EMEA payrolls across multiple countries and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of both UK & EMEA payrolls
• Work with in-country partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of EMEA payrolls
• Onboarding of new payrolls in existing countries and rolling out payrolls in new countries and regions
• Resolve payroll-related queries
• Administer P60s, P11Ds & PSAs
• Payroll reconciliations
• Produce payroll-related journals
• Payroll auditing
• Manage benefits schemes across UK & EMEA
• Manage a small team, conducting one-to-ones/appraisals and setting out training & development plans

Qualifications

It would be highly desirable if candidates hold the full CIPP qualification.
