A global technology company is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee EMEA payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of payroll management experience in a multinational setting. Responsibilities include managing a team and driving process improvements. This role offers a chance to contribute to the company's strategic priorities in a dynamic environment.

We are now looking for a Payroll Manager to join our team, the position can be based in any of our UK offices, our Burnfoot facility in Ireland or Cluj, Romania.
This role oversees payroll for EMEA, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. It supports global payroll transformation and manages relationships with stakeholders, employees, and vendors.
Travel Requirements: 10% to 20%.
