We are now looking for a Payroll Manager to join our team, the position can be based in any of our UK offices, our Burnfoot facility in Ireland or Cluj, Romania.

This role oversees payroll for EMEA, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. It supports global payroll transformation and manages relationships with stakeholders, employees, and vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Management of the current team - 16.
  • Managing day-to-day operational activities for the designated EMEA countries.
  • Partnership with HR colleagues to ensure seamless transfer of information between the functions to support effective payroll administration.
  • Coaching and development of internal payroll teams to ensure high quality of payroll administration.
  • Continuous review of payroll process and tools to ensure they are relevant and efficient to support payroll processing.
  • Engaging in effective stakeholder management
  • Driving process improvement initiatives
  • Leading change management efforts
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 to 10 years of EMEA payroll management experience in a multinational organization comparable to Vertiv Group Corp.
  • Experience with payroll transformation projects focused on consolidating EMEA regional payroll, as well as managing remote shared service teams.

Travel Requirements: 10% to 20%.
