Job summary

Resourcing4HR in London is seeking a Payroll Manager for a 6-month maternity cover with a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office). You will manage weekly and monthly payroll across three companies for a diverse workforce, including salaried staff, hourly workers, freelancers and zero-hours contractors.

The role requires strong end-to-end payroll experience, ability to manage multiple PAYE schemes and contract types, and a solid understanding of pensions and HMRC rules.

Contract - 6-month maternity cover

Locatiomn: London - Hybrid - 3 days office

Salary: £43,000 to £45,000

Hours: 40 hours per week

This is far from your standard payroll role! You'll manage both weekly and monthly payroll across three companies and a wonderfully varied workforce including salaried staff, hourly-paid workers, freelancers, zero-hours and IR35 contracts.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong end-to-end payroll experience
• Is confident managing multiple PAYE schemes & contract types
• Understands pensions and HMRC requirements
• Has excellent Excel and organisational skills
• Is proactive, communicative and happy getting stuck into the detail
• Ideally has CIPP or equivalent experience
