Job Description
  • Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing for the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update payroll systems and records accurately.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliations.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll queries promptly.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on payroll-related matters.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations relevant to the not-for-profit sector.
The Successful Applicant

The successful Payroll Manager will have:
