Dedicate Recruitment are proud to be supporting a respected national specialist college and residential care provider, in the appointment of a Payroll Manager to join their small and dedicated Payroll Team based at the main campus in Mansfield

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Payroll Manager who thrives in a varied and fast-paced environment. If you have high standards of accuracy and are passionate about delivering an outstanding level of service to staff, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Collating and maintaining payroll information in line with statutory requirements.
  • Managing monthly payroll submissions across multiple systems (Cascade and Moneysoft). Processing payments, deductions, and pension contributions, including auto-enrolment and opt-outs.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly reports to HMRC, RTIs, and year-end documentation such as P60s and P11Ds.
  • Responding to staff and external queries promptly and professionally.
  • Producing payroll and financial reports and liaising with the People and Finance teams to meet key deadlines.
Qualifications
  • A Level 5 CIPP qualification (or equivalent) with a solid track record in end-to-end payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll, tax, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent accuracy, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage your workload effectively while supporting colleagues within a small, collaborative team.
