It centres on ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations, supporting member councils through efficient information handling, and maintaining well organised records and systems. The post will design the wider development and promotion of SALC's payroll service and the publication of blogs and online guidance to support councils understanding. Supervision and management of the Payroll Administrator - leading, coaching and developing to promoting accuracy, efficiency and a strong customer focus.
