Job summary

Kerry Robert Associates Ltd. is representing a luxury property in London seeking an experienced Hotel Payroll Manager to take full ownership of the UK payroll. You will ensure accuracy, compliance and timely processing, reporting to the Financial Controller and partnering with hotel leaders.

The role is on-site in London, with a salary of £50,000–£55,000 and a supportive finance team. A strong background in hotel payroll, UK legislation and Excel is essential to succeed in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing UK payroll within a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, pensions, tax and statutory requirements.
• Experience with Fourth Hospitality would be a real advantage.
• Excellent Excel skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, organised approach in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full end-to-end UK payroll process for the hotel.
• Oversee payroll reporting, reconciliations, pensions and HMRC submissions.
• Handle service charge calculations and payments.
• Collaborate with Finance and hotel heads to resolve queries and improve processes.
• Stay up-to-date with UK payroll legislation and deadlines.

Ready to take ownership of payroll at one of London's luxury five-star hotels?

Kerry Robert Associates are representing a key client who are looking for an experienced Hotel Payroll Manager to join a prestigious property, taking full responsibility for payroll within a busy, fully self-accounting hotel. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll be the go-to expert for accurate, compliant and efficient payroll operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the full end-to-end UK payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Overseeing payroll reporting, reconciliations, pensions, HMRC submissions and statutory payments.
• Managing service charge calculations and payments.
• Working closely with Finance and hotel department heads to resolve queries and improve processes.
• Keeping up to date with UK payroll legislation and ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing UK payroll within a hotel environment - this is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, pensions, tax and statutory requirements.
• Experience with Fourth Hospitality would be a real advantage.
• Excellent Excel skills, exceptional attention to detail and the confidence to manage payroll independently.
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
