Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Payroll Manager for a healthcare organisation based in Edinburgh. You will oversee the entire payroll process, ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments, and manage payroll records.

You'll handle employee queries, submit reports to stakeholders, collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts, and drive payroll system improvements while staying compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing payroll processes within a similar setting.
• Knowledge of payroll systems and relevant software, Sage would be advantageous
• A solid understanding of payroll legislation and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills to address employee queries effectively.
• A proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
