We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Based in Northampton, this role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, accurate, and compliant payroll service across a multi-site organisation.
The Payroll Manager will lead the end-to-end payroll operation, including pensions and benefits administration, ensuring payroll is processed efficiently and in line with statutory requirements.
