Beyond Talent are delighted to be supporting a growing and fast paced organisation with hiring a Payroll Manager to join their finance team.

This is a standalone position, which will grow over time, and would suit someone with solid end to end experience looking to expand their role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full monthly payroll cycle and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Verify timesheets against rosters and resolve any discrepancies
  • Process accurate and timely employee payments
  • Administer payroll-related benefits such as healthcare, vehicle, and fuel
  • Maintain up-to-date payroll and employee records
  • Handle queries and disputes promptly
  • Prepare and deliver departmental reports
  • Collaborate with the on-site finance team and coordinate remotely with HR and service managers
To be successfully considered, you will bring the following skills and experience:
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, HMRC reporting and compliance
  • Confident in handling payroll queries and problem-solving
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using payroll systems and Excel
