Butler Rose is partnering with a well-established, multi-site organisation in Oxfordshire to recruit a Payroll Manager. The role will lead the UK payroll function, delivering accurate and compliant end-to-end payroll services.
You will manage seven UK payrolls for around 1,100 employees, develop a new payroll team, and drive process improvements, automation and governance with HR and Finance, while ensuring HMRC RTI compliance and strong integrations with Workday/SAP.
Salary: GBP65000 - GBP65000 per annum + Excellent Package
