A global advertising agency is seeking a Payroll Lead to join their People Operations team in Westminster. This hybrid role involves oversight of outsourced payroll for the UK and US, collaborating closely with the payroll vendor ADP. Candidates should have payroll qualifications and experience managing payroll vendors, as well as knowledge of both UK and US payroll systems. M+CSaatchi Groupare looking for a Payroll Lead to be part of our People Operations team. The role will report into our Global Head of People Operations and will be responsible for the outsourced payroll for M+C Saatchi entities based in the UK and US.
We are currently outsourcing to ADP on a managed service model and are looking for someone to work closely with ADP and the business to ensure that all payroll data is processed accurately and on time.
The role is a hybrid role with expectation of being in the London office 1-2 days a week.
A team player with good communication skills at all levels, but able to work on their own and be proactive and take initiative based on experience and knowledge.
