The Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing payroll across the group, including associated entities and upcoming acquisitions. This role plays a pivotal part in harmonising payroll operations to ensure consistency, compliance, and accuracy. As the payroll migration lead, the individual will oversee all phases of system transition - from planning through go‑live and post‑implementation review - including ownership of the discovery phase, execution of parallel runs, and assurance of seamless end‑to‑end process alignment.
