A leading workplace management company is seeking a highly organized Payroll Delivery Coordinator to assist with day-to-day payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll services. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Payroll Delivery Coordinator to support the delivery of accurate and timely payroll services.
In this role, you will assist with the day‑to‑day payroll administration, data input, and control checks for the fortnightly payroll cycle, ensuring all information is processed correctly and in line with agreed deadlines.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of accuracy while supporting employee, manager, and business queries as needed.
You will also support the wider Payroll Team in delivering an exceptional employee experience through precise processing of new starters, leavers, job changes, and personal details.
This role will contribute to payroll mobilisation for new TUPE contracts, assist with compliance activity, and help ensure strong governance across all payroll processes.
