  • Coordinate and process weekly and monthly payroll using Xero.
  • Manage and maintain staff scheduling through RotaReady.
  • Support HR administration, managing sickness records and notes.
  • Update personnel files and compliance documents.
  • Attend HR meetings to take notes.
  • Plan and maintain annual management rotas and holiday schedules.
  • Liaise with site managers for payroll accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support to Directors and HR team.

Payroll Coordinator & HR Support - Thatcham, Newbury, We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Payroll Coordinator & HR Support to join our busy Head Office team. This is a key role supporting both our HR and Finance functions across our growing group of Superbowl UK leisure venues. You'll be responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, supporting HR administration, and keeping our people processes running smoothly. From managing rotas and holidays to sitting in on HR meetings and taking minutes, you'll be right at the heart of how our teams operate.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and process weekly and monthly payroll using Xero.
  • Manage and maintain staff scheduling through RotaReady.
  • Support HR administration, including managing sickness records, sick notes, and return-to-work forms.
  • Update personnel files and compliance documents.
  • Sit in on HR meetings and disciplinary hearings to take notes.
  • Plan and maintain annual management rotas and holiday schedules.
  • Liaise with site managers to ensure staffing and payroll information is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Directors and HR team.
