Location: Dundee
Salary: Up to 30,000 (Doe)

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing end-to-end payroll processes across multiple clients
  • Handling payroll queries including tax codes, deductions, and statutory payments
  • Ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation (PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP, SPP, pensions, GDPR, year-end reporting)
  • Prioritising and delivering accurate payrolls under tight deadlines
  • Communicating confidently with clients and HMRC
  • Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a multi-client or payroll bureau setting
  • Proficiency in payroll systems such as Paycircle, Sage, Xero, or similar
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
