  • Excellent Excel skills, confident using formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Highly organised and process-driven with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in payroll and finance administration.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure payroll and timesheet processes run smoothly and accurately each month.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure pay changes and timesheets are processed correctly.
  • Handle payroll queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare and check payroll before submission.
  • Process expenses and maintain accurate audit trails.
  • Stay up to date with PAYE, NI, pension, and P11D legislation.

Responsibilities
  • You'll play a key role in ensuring payroll and timesheet processes run smoothly and accurately each month.
  • You'll work closely with Finance, HR, and Operations teams, acting as a trusted point of contact for all payroll-related queries.
  • Day to day, you'll:
    • Maintain and update payroll and timesheet data with accuracy and precision
    • Liaise with internal teams to ensure all pay changes and timesheets are processed correctly and on time
    • Handle payroll queries professionally and efficiently
    • Prepare and check payroll before submission
    • Process expenses and maintain accurate audit trails
    • Stay up to date with PAYE, NI, pension, and P11D legislation
